SNAP - Symbiosis National Aptitude Test

What is SNAP?
Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is an aptitude test conducted by Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune for admission to various post graduate programs. All institutes under Symbiosis International University have made the SNAP exam mandatory for taking admission to post graduate programs. SNAP is the initial step in the admission process after which the students are required to submit applications in individual colleges and clear personal interaction and Writing Ability Test (WAT).

Eligibility for SNAP:-
  • Graduates in any discipline from statutory university with minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) for all of Business Administration programs.
  • The candidate should have completed 21 years of age and needs to be a citizen of India.

Application Procedure for SNAP:-
  • Register online on www.snaptest.org (from September 5, 2013 to November 22, 2013).
  • Upload your latest scanned photograph to establish identity.
  • SNAP test fee of Rs. 2,000/- can be made online through credit card, net banking, cash or demand draft.

Paper Pattern for SNAP:-
  
  • General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability-40
  • Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency-40
  • General Awareness: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario-40
  • Analytical & Logical Reasoning-60
  • Total-180
  • SNAP test duration is of 120 minutes.
  • SNAP test is an objective test. Each question has 4 responses. Candidate should choose an appropriate response. Each wrong answer attracts 25%negative marks.
  • Candidate must use blue or black ball point pen only.
